Healing Pulse Physical Therapy, Inc. is in network with Medicare Part B California.
We are out of network with all other insurance plans. We are able to provide you with a superbill for submission to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursment after the treatment session.
Pricing for Out of Network Visits:
- First Visit Evaluation and Treatment - 60 minutes: $210
- 60 Minute Follow Up: $180
- 90 Minute Follow Up: $270
